Osaka Prefecture has begun accepting applications for support fund for businesses that have not being asked for business absence.
In order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections, the Osaka Prefectural Government has made a request to restrict the use of its facilities, etc., and provides a ” Support Fund for Requesting Business Absence (Joint prefectural and municipal support fund)” to those businesses that cooperate with this request.
However, even at companies other than those covered by this program, the decline in sales due to voluntary leave of absence or voluntary furloughs has had a serious impact on each business.
For this reason, Osaka Prefecture decided to provide additional support scheme for fixed costs such as rent for facility operators who are no longer eligible for the ” Support Fund for Requesting Business Absence“ and who have business offices in prefectural government, as well as for sole proprietors who have not requested leave of absence, in order to support their business continuity.
